Thanks to all who attended our Welcome Home Heroes Event!

Dear Friends;
We are pleased to announce that we have signed a lease with an option to buy 1200 N. Sapodilla Avenue (NE corner of 11th Street) in West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
This area is quite improved since our Veterans have moved in, occupying this corner. This is one of the most historic blocks in the neighborhood and having our Veterans reside here will have a resounding impact on the entire Northwest Community.
Congratulations to the brave Heroes who have found their new home here -- many of whom came because the choice of homelessness or living here made it a better decision.
Veterans Services of America has grown to 11 buildings with 39 apartments and is building on a record of thousands of nights Veterans have found shelter in clean, safe environments with affordable rents.

Great American Cleanup - Veterans Services of America

April 21, 2012 - Veterans Services of America has joined thousands of volunteers of all ages across America who are taking part in efforts to clean up and improve their local communities. In celebration of Earth Day month, local activities of the Great American Cleanup include a massive removal of litter and illegal dumping from our public spaces - neighborhoods, roadways, waterways, parks, schools, etc. Additional community improvement activities include tree plantings, recycling activities, painting over of graffiti or run-down buildings, etc.

Heroes at Home - "Un-Boarding" Ceremony
